The Infinite Machine – Camilla Russo

This book needed to be written, there was most certainly a story here detailing the history of the founding of Ethereum. This books takes the human story of the very dry computer code and paints a very clear picture beyond the scope of the unicorn and cat memes and chronicles the how its nomadic founder (VB) started it all. Not without its troubles, the Ethereum Foundation has gone from strength to strength recruiting an army of coders to do its decentralised bidding. It helped me put things into perspective of the personal sacrifice those founding teams needed to make to get ETH where it is today, they deserve all the accolades and spoils as it is a remarkable ecosystem.

I think the level of detail Camilla has unearthed is for everyone ‘crypto-curious’. Well done.

Lifted synopsis – Written with the verve of such works as The Big Short, The History of the Future, and The Spider Network, here is the fascinating, true story of the rise of Ethereum, the second-biggest digital asset in the world, the growth of cryptocurrency, and the future of the internet as we know it.

Books are great but books on Crypto are even better. Highly recommended.
